This Privacy Policy explains what information ZephFlip collects, why, and your choices. ZephFlip ("we", "us") is operated by ZephFlip. It applies to our Discord bot, community, and the website at zephflip.com.

1. Information we collect

From the Discord bot & community:

Your Discord user ID and username, and your tier/role in the server.
Commands and trade reports you send to ZephFlip — the prices, quantities, items, buys and sells you post.
Data you create in the tools — your accounts, GE-slot activity, watchlists, alert settings, and profit history.
Your subscription status, provided by our payment provider (see below).

From the website (zephflip.com):

The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no ads or analytics. It stores only your light/dark theme preference locally in your browser (localStorage), which never leaves your device.
Your host/CDN provider (Vercel) may keep standard server request logs (e.g., IP address) for security and operations.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service — price checks, alerts, watchlists, slot tracking, and your personal stats.
To operate paid tiers and confirm your subscription level.
To maintain, secure, and improve ZephFlip.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Third parties we rely on

Discord — the platform ZephFlip runs on. Your use is also governed by Discord's own privacy policy.
upgrade.chat — processes subscription payments. Your card details go to them, not us — we only receive your subscription status.
RuneScape Wiki real-time prices API — we fetch market prices from it; we do not send it your personal data.
Vercel — hosts the website. Railway — hosts the bot and its database.

4. Where your data is stored

Community and trade data is stored in ZephFlip's database on our hosting provider (Railway), with routine encrypted backups. We take reasonable measures to protect it, but no system is perfectly secure.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data while you use ZephFlip and for a reasonable period afterward for backups and record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your ZephFlip data at any time (see below).

6. Your choices & rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data ZephFlip holds about you by contacting us, or by leaving the community. Depending on where you live (e.g., the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have additional rights, including to object to or restrict processing.

7. Children

ZephFlip is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by Discord in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
